Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (Apollo, calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Business Development team
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Regularly follow up on leads to build strong client relationships
- Track and report KPIs to measure lead quality and conversion effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
