Job Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and schedule the meeting with the respective team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule meeting with the respective teams.
• Present and explain the benefits of the company’s products or services to prospects.
• Handle objections and provide solution.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
• Working in International Call Centre is always a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
