Job Summary:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and tech-driven Trainee Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. This opportunity suits fresh graduates eager to grow their skills in technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Windows 7 & 10, offer Remote-Assistance to Client computers.
• Knowledge in Installing, Upgrading, and Deploying Windows Server 2012 and Services.
• Troubleshooting experience in Desktop and Laptop
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP File
• Knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity, Network printers and User access issues.
• Excellent ability to handle significant workload with experience in managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues.
• Knowledge in printer installation and configuration
• Maintaining and configuring of printers via Lan & Server ,Troubleshooting printer issues.
• Maintaining and Accessing Remote User system and Troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Workspace environments in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console, user lifecycle management, and security controls.
• Experience with Google Workspace APIs, scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script), and automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices, identity management, and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support end users effectively.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and onsite at Mumbai, Parel office
