Job Profile:
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer with expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. The candidate will ensure high availability and reliability of production systems using monitoring and observability tools.
• Proactive monitoring and alert handling for production systems.
• Configure and manage New Relic for dashboards, alerts, and observability.
• Act as first responder to system incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with developers to provide actionable insights on system issues.
• Analyze web performance using Google Lighthouse and Google Analytics (GA).
• Develop and manage scripts/tools for system diagnostics and automation.
• Continuously improve monitoring setups, response runbooks, and documentation.
• Maintain records of support activities, issue patterns, and mitigation steps.
Responsibilities: Candidate should be flexible to overlap 4 hours with US business hours if required.
• 5+ years in technical support, monitoring, or observability roles.
• Hands-on with New Relic – setup, dashboards, alerts, troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Lighthouse.
• Basic to intermediate scripting: Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Debugging mindset: logical issue tracing and log/metric analysis.
• Familiarity with log aggregators (ELK, Datadog, or similar) is a plus.
• Exposure to production environments and incident management.
